I'm really thankful for this accessibility (they do warn you but you should reduce Difficulty in assist mode if you struggle). I have no idea how I beat this guy taking 5 times Damage and hitting him 5 times more as even my thumbnail showed the platforms can be an obstacle with all the crap he throws.
Delta is generally a combination of Ace's Zero sword and Nina's Megaman X style buster, though he charges up based on killing enemies, similar to Ray from mighty gunvolt burst minus the poison draining when not attacking.
It is nice to see these inspirations and mega man maker when capcom won't bother even adding command mission to x legacy collection (prototype delta wasn't that good as slashing at an edge will force you to move and fall off, and they probably patched out switch bug losing my save data).
This game also has local and online multiplayer. Note that you have to use your own save file based on the characters, so you can't progress a 2 player game or different people under the same file, which is kinda weird.
