It's worth bearing in mind this was a pre-release build that is far from final. Despite this, the motorcycle, car and truck handling is suitablly responsive, the force feedback affect distinct and the playable area vast. The footage you see here is a mixture of our very own gameplay and supplied b-roll.
The team at Saber Porto has created a 20,000 km2 1:25 scale replication of the real-world Saudi Arabian desert used by the Dakar rally raid, and placed unlockable events, collectable classic cars, roadbook creation, XP levels and online multiplayer within it. There's also a hardcore simulation mode for the purists.
Dakar Desert Rally released on 4th October 2022 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
