Dinosaur Planet (REAL N64) DESERT FORCE POINT TEMPLE 3 FIXED (DINOMOD ENHANCED)
Hello guys, and welcome back to another helpful video. In this video I'll be showing a fix for Desert Force Point Temple 3 in the unreleased Dinosaur Planet, using a REAL N64.
The third and final visit to Desert Force Point Temple is fixed! DFPT3 is the final visit to deposit Krystal's last SpellStone, which is the SpellStone you were supposed to get at Krazoa Palace.
Currently progression up to this point is broken, as Krazoa Palace is incomplete, making it impossible to do normally. Thankfully there's being work done to somewhat restore KP, in a similar way to BWC by placing the SpellStone in KP. meaning you'll be able to access KP and collect the SpellStone as intended.
To force DFPT to be in setup 3, use this GameShark code, it will give you the KP SpellStone: 805C4DAC 0010. This is important, as the SpellStone acts as a flag to activate DFPT3.
3:16 - The collision for the bridge is a bit off, you can't even cross the right side, with the left side being okay. Maybe editing the HITS.bin would fix it?
3:54 - If you warped to DFPT by "start game as" through DINOMOD or from a new save file, then you'll also need the flag for Kyte, as this cutscene will not play. The Kyte flag is a GameShark code: 805C4C51 0002.

In order for the patch to work on an N64 with an Everdrive 64 X5, (not specific to X5) you need to copy and paste 'DP=5' into 'save_db.txt' under CRC detection. 'Save_db.txt' is located in the ED64 folder on your Micro SD Card.
