Ended up redoing the Event Battle for Nagashino SIX times to prevent either Baba or Yamagata from bowling my guys over completely before they can be killed off (the Takeda side of this battle, which doesn't exist in Awakening, isn't much better either). Otherwise, things are happening much, much earlier than they should for Nobunaga; Azuchi was not supposed to be completed until 1579-ish and here he has it done about ten years earlier than usual, and poor Nagamasa gets killed a few years earlier than he should've died too (though somehow his father survives?).

Maybe if he keeps this up and doesn't stop screwing around he can actually outlive Honnoji by about 5-6 years...
