Undertale's Genocide path parodies the concept of "level grinding" in the most sinister way possible, and the experience is designed to be no fun whatsoever. As a result, going through the genocide path is a fascinating and unique experience in gaming that demonstrates how video games can allow the player to experience any emotion; even the negative ones like loneliness, boredom and guilt.
