In this part, we complete the second stage of Grass Land, Flower Fields. Afterwards the Landlord, Dom Woole, asks us to help furnish his other apartment and doing so causes the tenant, Zeke, to move in. Zeke has "missions" for us to complete which require us to play hide and seek with him, completing these missions will award us with a Fabric. Afterwards, Dom asks us to give him 10,000 Beads to build a second floor to the apartments so two more tenants can move in; which we do. Lastly, Dom introduces us to his brothers Chaise and Loomis who have both opened up shops in Quilty Square. One sells Furniture items which are exclusive to his shop only, while the other sells Fabrics which are wallpapers and carpeting. These are exclusive to his shop and are not duplicates of the ones given by tenant missions.

As said before, Zeke has "missions" for us to complete which require us to play hide and seek with him. These will only happen in certain stages and we have a set time limit to find 5 of him in each of the select missions. Overall Zeke's missions are fairly easy to complete assuming you already know where all of his copies are hidden. From here out, after we complete a new level, if it is one that Zeke has a mission for, he will call out to us on the loading screen to alert us of his new mission.

After paying Dom for the 2nd floor, and the eventual third floor, you can furnish these extra rooms optionally in order to attract 4 more tenants who will also have missions for Kirby. However unlike Zeke, they have their own gimmick, meaning they won't be playing Hide and Seek.
