Highlight: Warframe (PS4) - I've (finally) Tried - FAST SOLO RANKING Warframe METHOD!
1Haha, you've probably seen one of those videos, right :P. Well I finally decided to try one out cause there were already 8-9 frames sitting in foundry for months and I for one em super, duper tired and bored of how limited and time consuming this whole process in wf is. It doesn't help that the good guys at Digital Extremes working on "balance" shut off every ounce of new available method that pop's off or use to... FUN ISN'T ALLOWED. EFFICIENT IS BAD!
So here we go - you need to have Helminth (so Deimos, MR8 I believe, plus Son standing). Then you need Banshee subsumed (she ain't hard to get - it's from Dojo, so you need clan at least). Then resources obviously, infuse Silence with Helminth on first ability (because you can cast it with unranked frame) of "X" frame you want to rank fast. Then you need augment - Savage Banshee (or do you?) - which means ranking at least one syndicate to 5, and spent some standing. Then an AoE primary weapon - think big explosions - so you can clear a bunch of enemies at once. Then you need Prime Sure Footed - well I didn't have one, so I put Handspring (fun knockdown fiesta but 2 times less). Otherwise range and duration. Then you need (well) a Smeeta Kavat for the possibility to get an additional affinite boost/charm. Obviously you need affinity booster, because why not, and if you have an MR30/Legendary 1 friend that can bless affinity ask em.

All of that might have the chance to Rank you on Adaro (Sedna) to 24. That was my best case scenario. My other attempts were 12-16-21 (something like that). Yes it's not guaranteed you will rank in two runs of Adaro :(. If you good enough or fast enough I'd say doable in 5-6 minutes (with prime sure footed probably a bit faster). Realisitcally though think - 10 minutes, sometime 15. It's still better than probably other options currently, but somewhat not as fast as you'd expect.
