238House Flipper 2 has two main modes - story and sandbox. We’ll return to the latter later, but I’d like to start with the campaign, especially since it traditionally plays the role of training.
The main character (or heroine - this is configured in the profile menu) returns to his hometown of Pinnakou, where, after a short search for work, he decides to become a flipper. For those who don't know what we're talking about: this is the name given to people who make a living doing something called flipping. These enterprising guys look for old, unkempt houses, fix them up, make cosmetic repairs and sell them - and sometimes the price can increase several times. Many television programs are devoted to flipping - if you have seen at least one of them, you should understand what our character will have to face.
You can start with your own home, which obviously could use at least a good cleaning - the house was inherited from parents who went to retire to warmer climes, so you can only dream of home comfort. But to buy furniture and finishing materials you need money. Where can I get them? Make money! While a beginner’s budget is not enough for real flipping, he can easily become “the city’s leading expert in the field of cleaning” (that is, a visiting cleaner).
