MisfitTalon transforms and rolls out in Transformers Devastation
101Like the War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron that I have enjoyed due to giving more insight of the Cybertronian War, Devastation focuses more on our nostalgic childhood with bringing back the look of the most beloved G1 age. I instantly fell in love with this game once I started playing. It has the iconic voices of Optimus Prime, Peter Cullen, Megatron's Frank Welker as well as a few of the original G1 voice actors. My son loves the game even more than me and I'm a hardcore Transformers fan! When he started playing it, it was very hard to get him to stop playing. But I never attempted to cause I was looking at myself when I saw Transformers for the first time. He was having a great time with it.
BUT! Once I got to playing the game more, I really loved the smooth gameplay. It was like a beat'em up, but with Transformers. Love the combo system along with the counter system. It really felt so amazing to pull of combos and counters at the drop of a dime. Though in the vid itself, you can see it took a small learning curve, well in my case, RE-learning curve, the game is very easy to pick up. The on-the-go tutorial also makes it very self explanatory in helping you execute moves as well. I got this on PC and for a time Steam was selling it, but they don't any more. If you're able to find it for sale, do pick this gem up. You will not be disappointed especially if you're a huge fan of the franchise and also G1 fan like me.
