- Analysis:
Zhenji has been pretty special 1-dimensionally in recent warrior games ... In this game, the entire animation of her R1 and Air R1 activates Echo. Thus, making Aggression & Bastion possible through the help of Echo, as well as increasing her damage to a very powerful level. Her R1 doesn't have aerial penalty and has a better hitbox than it seems, while Air R1 doesn't lift enemies.
Her R1 is particularly good at burst combos if the crowd is dense, but she will thin out the crowd pretty quickly. On the other hand, her Air R1 is good at utilizing the crowd around her to generate combos over a period of time without thinning the crowd too fast.
C1 is nice for slowing down enemies and can be particularly helpful when used correctly. C1 was used on Kotaro Fuma to slow down his knockback rate, allowing Zhenji to solidify her OHKO with Air R1 on him (because Air R1 pushes enemies back). Even without the C1 slow down, her Air R1 can still OHKO everything in the game when positioned correctly. I toss and turn Zhenji and the camera around to ensure more hits on her Air R1.
In this video, Taishi Ci was her offensive partner, but her Air R1 is capable of OHKO Kotaro Fuma without any offensive partner setup.
One thing that can be annoying is that her Air R1 can be prone by all enemies, but similar to Cai Wenji's Air R1, Zhenji wants to be at point blank as well when performing an Air R1.

This video is labled "Alternative" because her original build was elemental. I took that build and threw it on a Big-star weapon because it didn't need the higher physical from Mystic as much as this build needed it. If preferred, below is the elemental build and setup:
