I have somewhat mixed feelings but overall enjoy the game. More or less the idea is that White Bomberman has gone to pirate island with all of his friends for a little fun vacation time. The game is very lighthearted and easy compared to many other entries in the series such as the classic Bomerman 64. Truthfully the game overall plays a lot more like Mario party then Bomberman. The objective is to beat bomb themed games to get tokens to unlock doors so you can reach new areas of the theme park and repeat this. Once a game is played you can play it again whenever you want. A simple story unfolds along the way as well. The minigames are amusing and fun to play with friends. One thing which was a excellent idea was the addition of classic style bomberman as well which you can play with up to eight opponents in all. This plays exactly like your classic bomberman with bombs, power ups, obstacles and everything you would expect. For fans of the series who don't mind something more lighthearted this will most likely be enjoyable. Although I didn't get the same enjoyment out of this like I did from some of the classic games from the series I still enjoyed it and can recommend giving it a play.
