Return to the Room of Requirement, and a short cutscene will play where Deek finds the Nab-Sack, and once you regain control, speak to Deek next to the Room of Requirements Floo Flame location and select “I’m ready to learn how to use the nab-sack.”You’ll teleport outside of Hogwarts, and will need to follow Deek to the nearby Puffskein den. You will then receive the nab-sack item, and will need to assign it in a Spell Slot. Equip it, approach a Puffskein and use it while aiming at the Puffskein. Wait for the golden circle to complete, then hit the button prompt to rescue the animal. Once successful, speak to Deek once again, and he suggests capturing a Jobberknoll next, providing you a nearby location. Head there and speak with Deek on the opposite side of the bridge to the Jobberknoll tree. Deek recommends that Levioso can slow down flying beasts, making them easier to capture. Cross over the bridge, and slowly approach the Jobberknoll tree. Select your target and cast Levioso on a Jobberknoll, and quickly equip and use the nab-sack, this time having to hit two button prompts to successfully capture the beast. With that done, return to Deek who will speak of Mooncalves also being nearby. Head to Deek’s new location nearby and speak to him. He will explain that Mooncalves only come out at night, meaning you’ll need to wait. Open up your map and hit the Wait button to turn day to night. Now you have waited till night time; approach a Mooncalf, cast Levioso to make the capture easier, then use the nab-sack, hitting 3 button prompts in order to successfully nab the Mooncalf. Return to Deek a final time, and he will state there are other creatures in the world, but first you’ll need to return to the Room of Requirement to settle those you have already rescued. As you travel back to the Room of Requirement, in a cutscene you’ll conjure up the Vivarium, a greenhouse within the Room of Requirement that acts as a free-range home for your rescued beasts. Head inside once back in control, and open up the Beast Management Menu with the on-screen prompts. Select the Puffskein, Mooncalf, and Jobberknoll, and they’ll all be released into the Vivarium.Deek informs you that a beast shop in Hogsmeade can help care for beasts you don’t have space for, and that if you care for the beasts in your Vivarium, they will occasionally deposit a related material for you to collect; Mooncalf Fur for example. Now equip your Brush and Feed, then one by one provide both for the Puffskein, Mooncalf, and Jobberknoll. Brushed and fed, each animal will provide their respective materials; Puffskein Fur, Mooncalf Fur, and Jobberknoll Feathers. After collecting those three things, speak to Deek once again. He will provide you with a Spellcraft for an Enchanted Loom that lets you alter pieces of gear. Exit the Vivarium and equip your Conjuration spell. Head to the Utility tab and
select the Enchanted Loom. Place it down in your Room of Requirement, and interact with it. You’ll need to add a trait to a piece of clothing, so select a piece of gear in your inventory with a blacked out circle, then choose from the list of Traits you have collected thus far. Then select a piece of gear you’d like to strengthen (likely a piece you currently have equipped), and go to upgrade it once. With those two things done, speak to Deek again, after which the quest will conclude.
