Inscryption is an indie roguelike described as a "an inky black card-based odyssey" by it's creator, Dan Mullins. If you haven't played it, I suggest you do before watching this video, as it was widely called the best indie game of 2021 and is best experienced without spoilers.

Instead of doing a review of the game, I wanted to try and see what #gamedev lessons we can pull from it. Much like I've done in the past with Ultrakill and Subnautica:

Subnautica - https://youtu.be/bwMKlUDqb3o

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
I will be joining @salfordsal on the official @KitfoxGames twitch stream on February 11th at 5pm EST. They found my previous videos in which I've talked about Dwarf Fortress, and are doing a series of streams to help get both new and old players back into the game. More information will be posted later in the week on my community tab!

Speaking of my community tab, I'm running a poll there to try and find out what kind of content you guys are interested in! The channel has grown so much recently, so I'd like some input to help make better videos for you guys.
Unfortunately Youtube doesn't allow me to link directly to the post, so here's a link to the community page:
