Kiryu surveyed the area.
"A bit out the way isn't it?"
Nishki turned and faced Kiryu with a smile he was all too familiar with. The very same smug look Nishki would always don when he was about to come out with something that made him look good.
"This, my friend is the finest bar in Kamarucho! The creme de la creme of boozers! The location sifts out the common partyers from the more sophisticated folk."
"You think you can be Yakuza and still mingle with the 'sophisticated folk'?
He grinned once more.
"Of course! Kiryu, being a Yakuza is more than just beating heads and cutting off fingers. It's about power. About having what you didn't. It's about being more. And having connections means power. I make sure I'm well known and recognised by both the pretty girls of the hostess bars AND the retired, scotch sipping, golf swinging billionaires. Come on! First rounds on me."
Kiryu's brows furrowed as they usually did.
"Okay okay, and the second!"
