306An aching twinge in his neck woke Snake up as water dripped on his face from the stone ceiling. He rose in a stif manner from the table and found himself trapped in yet another cell. This time he had a cell mate. The loud blonde was banging against the barred door hoping to get a reaction. He noticed Snake's waking grumbles.
"You're finally awake!"
"Where are we?"
"Tch, where do you think?"
The bow legged rebel threw his arms to his side and sarcastically marvelled at their new lodging. The irony of moving to a new city to avoid jail time only to end up in one wasn't lost on Snake who gave a pained laugh as he tried to stand up.
"Alright, well I don't plan on spending my first day being locked up. Let's get outta here!"
The blonde gave an affirming nod and went straight back to banging on the door and squealing. Snake knew he had his work cut out with this one and so looked for another way to begin their jail break.
