Let's Play Might and Magic 7! Part 5 - Pirate Treasure!
3ATTENTION: Around halfway through the video my mic bugs out the recording and my voice goes robo for about 45 seconds. After it comes back it only does that a couple more times. This should hopefully be fixed soon, but it's wireless so I won't promise that it won't happen again.
The Dwarven Barrows are maybe a tad stronger than what we can handle right now, so we leave to turn in the Lantern of Light and get a few skills ranked up to Expert.
Next, in the interest of keeping our party alive and having a sporting chance of completing more quests, we head over first to Tularean Forest to buy Water Walk, then to Tatalia to raid a place called Tidewater Cavern, a cavern with a grounded ship full of thieves, skeletons and ghosts. Once we clear the place out we locate all the treasure and eventually find what we are looking for... the Sea Chart needed for the Cleric Priest promotion as well as allowing us to take a boat from one of several ports to go to Evenmorn Island.
Most importantly, being promoted give the Cleric the ability to get Master rank in all their magic skills, thus giving us quite a few new options which we'll be following up on in the next episode.
We do visit Evenmorn Island, which has a circle of stones needed for the Druid Promotion, as did Tatalia which we visited after clearing Tidewater Cavern. The last of those is in Avlee, which is where we leave off today!
